Cancellations/Changes

For changes to take effect, including cancellations, please contact us by the 15th of the month. All cancellations/changes must be received via email at contact@smartycrafts.com or by using our Contact Us page. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Once your subscription is cancelled, we will no longer send you kits and your card will no longer be charged.

 

Shipping

We ship via USPS. Other shipping companies, like UPS or FedEx, may be used for large shipments if necessary. Monthly Subscription Kits are scheduled to ship by the 23rd of every month. Shipping is FREE for all Monthly Subscription Kits. For Trial Kits, a $5.00 shipping and handling charge per trial kit will apply.

 

Privacy/Security

We use Secure Server Software (SSL) to protect your Smarty Crafts credit card order. All information collected is for the sole use of Smarty Crafts LLC. Your privacy and security are ensured and your information will never be sold, distributed, or shared with a third party.

 

Returns/Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Smarty Crafts subscription kit, you may request a refund of your first monthʼs kit. Your request must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date and credit will be applied in the same form as the original payment. Email us at contact@smartycrafts.com or by using our Contact Us page to request a refund. Call (310) 994-6006 if you have questions. There is no need to return any portion of your subscription already received. All Trial Kit purchases are final.

 

At-Home Supplies

The following supplies are basic items found in most households. Some or all of these at-home supplies may be needed to complete a craft.

  • • Kid-safe scissors
  • • Ruler
  • • Kid-safe glue or kid-safe glue sticks (such as Elmerʼs)
  • • Crayons, markers, or pencils/pens
  • • Paint brushes (assorted sizes)
  • • Kid-safe paint (acrylic or washable)
